Jose Manuel San Emeterio, Project Manager in ERNACT and Project Leader of #ImproveNPA, has been in Iceland to speak about the IMPROVE project in the Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme 2014-2020's Annual Event 'Arctic Boost'.

This event has become a great opportunity to meet different people working on innovation projects. This year, all the attendants have discussed about how cooperation programmes can contribute to economic development in the Arctic area. In that way, many international organisations and stakeholders have been sharing knowledge about the ongoing project examples on regional development.
