The IMPROVE project's partner from the Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland, Timo Rui, has taken part in a test pilot activity in the North Karelia region.

Rui and the chef Jarkko Tenhunen organised an interactive event through the IMPROVE project between Martha Organisation’s kitchen and the two libraries in Joensuu city. They cooked and shared their culinary practices through the digital technology, a new way to learn different recipes and involve the community!
